Transforming Teaching Today (T3) Series

Transforming Teaching Today, called T3, is a series of discussions and other professional learning activities held in the Learning Community. There is one session each month running from Monday to Friday and it is open to anyone. Each session features a different core aspect of teaching and learning including motivation, instructional design, how people learn, critical thinking and assessment. The type of activities include guest presenters, interviews and discussions among educators who share expertise both inside and outside the province.

The purpose of the T3 series is to support educators as they prepare students for the imperatives of the 21st Century. Today, students publish, network and access information in ways that were previously unimaginable. This can de challenging for educators, especially those who are new to distributed learning.

Learn and work together as we examine our core practices and find ways to address these new teaching and learning challenges.
